The Hemingway casino in would offer a 50,000 square foot gaming floor, a 300-room hotel, a steakhouse, buffet and café, plus a boutique pool and spa and garage parking for 712 vehicles.

On April 1, Rotate Black missed the deadline to show the Gaming Commission it had financing to build a $130 million casino resort on a 9½-acre site at U.S. 90 and U.S. 49, adjacent to Jones Park.
